Since the Domaine was founded in 1825, the Faiveley family has dedicated the major part of its resources to buying vineyards on the best slopes. Today they are the largest owners of vineyards in Burgundy, with about 120 hectares. Their philosophy is that great wine comes from top quality fruit and therefore yields are limited and production controlled.
A supple, elegant wine with aromas of apricot and vanilla. The palate is very complex, combining mineral, dried fruit and hazelnut flavours, long and satisfying on the finish. Well-balanced with youthful acidity but not at all aggressive and finishes with a touch of oak. 13% 750ml
